Job Description:

Candidates not possessing exact requirements of how to build a social engine optimization, social media and search engine marketing strategy with all details may need not apply.

Candidates will be able to have a complete portfolio of sites that they have worked on achieving page 1 ranking for with search terms, be able to describe the process by which they achieved this as well as building social media strategies in enhancing Facebook and twitter / content orientated results.

Role Objective:
* To work alongside all members of the marketing team in the development and maintenance of websites and all online and offline promotional, social media and marketing material for O2 and associated O2 Companies.

* Take full ownership of Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, PPC, Search Engine Marketing as a whole
* Deliver growth in natural traffic and optimize all areas of our websites to reach high rankings
* Optimize for all engines, keywords, backlinks
* Grow the social media aspect of the company and enhance followers, members and fans * Influence marketing campaigns on social networks

* Take ownership of Affiliate Marketing for CPA and PPS based sales, build the affiliate program and partner affiliate site globally
* Full responsibility of Site Analytics, Google Analytics, Email Marketing, CRM Over look.
Responsibilities:
* To enhance our corporate site, and take it to the next level of social engineering
* Influence all aspects of development to incorporate social friendliness
* Take Over and have complete ownership of Facebook, twitter, YouTube, linkedin and other mediums for corporate and associate sites
* Enhance our corporate website to gain natural growth against deadlines, increase awareness
* Manage a global PPC Budget to drive live account acquisitions

*Create Affiliate Marketing model, build the site alongside the team and launch CPA and Pay Per Sale program globally against deadlines and targets
* Ensure natural growth of websites * Work with team in providing Google Analytics, assign goals, funnels, reporting on a weekly basis.
* Take over internal tracking and ensure all third party and internal marketing campaigns are tracking enabled to ensure results reporting
* Take over Email Marketing
