Job Description:

We are seeking energetic female candidate, for Customer Services Department of OGC who have CSR experience. Selected candidates will be required to communicate with clients based in Pakistan.

  • Answering customer/client's requests or inquiries about concerning services, products, claims, complaints, product overview, and other problem areas.
  • Complaint Launching
  • Basic Support( Root Cause Analysis )
  • Working closely with the Technical teams.
  • Assigning job to Technician
  • Follow up the complaints until they will be completed.
 
Skills Required:
 
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.

Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm.
