| Job Description: |
|
- Conversion of production plans into production orders
- Generation of reservations of planned orders.
- To ensure issuance of raw materials to production assembly line.
- Creation of shortage report on daily basis.
- To coordinate with CS (Customer Service Department) & other support departments.
- Processing MRN in case of excess stock on shop floor
- To update WIP report of refrigerator and communication to concern persons
- Daily updating of semi finish parts according to daily production in SAP-ERP.
- Creation and processing of process control sheets is case of shortage/stock adjustments
- Creation of Purchase requisitions
- Rejection analysis report at the end of every month
- Solving BOM (Bill of Material) errors.
