Orient Electronics is looking for Service Supervisor (AV) for its Branch Offices in different cities.
- Supervises and monitors daily operation of AV support personal.
- To provide technical support as per SOP in sale return cases.
- Must have polite personality and capable to cool down unsatisfied customers.
- Must be able to handle dealers problems with the support of sales team and participate in weekly meetings with Service Incharge and Branch Manager.
- Coordinate with contract workshops and closely monitor their performance and provide them technical/policies support to acquire optimum performance.
Skills
DAE with 5 to 10 years experience in Television (LCD and LED FPTV repair and understand service policies) after sale service.
