Oryza Organics Pvt. Ltd is looking for suitable candidates for one post of Deputy Manager (Exports) lying vacant in our organisation. The applicant must have working experience (at least 2-3 years) in the domain of exports, and preferably in the Middle East (or having experience of exporting to ME).
The requirements for the shortlisted candidates will be briefly as under;
i-Candidates must be excellent in oral and written communication skills and are persuasive and committed to the objectives i.e. exports.
ii-Having excellent skills for research and in identifying synergies and customers for the company.
iii-Having analytic approach to assess regulatory requirements, competition and market potential for the Company products.
iv-Be eager to exploit the market potential, proactive in approach and a driven person for the quantum jump in the Company exports in the least possible time.
v-Be willing to travel extensively in the export markets such as Middle East and Europe on a short notice.
vi-Fully appreciative of the significance of customer service, creating customer loyalty and brand image in the foreign markets.
vii-Candidates must be holding degree in MBA or Bachelors in business along with a relevant experience in the field of exports.
