Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities (8-10 major deliverable)

- Working with supervisor in doing all and any tasks assigned

- Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Writing
  • Research
  • Lead Generation
  • Drafting emails
  • Social Media Management
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Data Entry
  • Data Conversion

Key Performance Indicators (Performance measures/results expected in terms of quantity, quality, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, behaviors etc.)

  • Punctual
  • Can-do attitude
  • Open to learning new skills
  • Quick response on deiverables
  • Availability to work weekends from home when and if needed
  • Daily reporting on status of various tasks

Open channel of communication throughout the week over phone in case of any urgent tasks

Competencies (Know-how, Skills & attributes requirements)

Requirements: Skills set Required:

  • Good English communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of PPT and Publisher
  • Familiarity with web-based tools like Dropbox, BasecampHQ, Central Desktop (or open to learning independently through online tutorials)
  • Good knowledge of Social Media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
