* Manage the weekly meetings with customer, be able to take actions and ask questions like due date& action owner. * Able to follow process and still be able to think independent. * Be proficient to take meeting notes, convert them in action items and update them on frequent basis. *Be able to assist customer completely throughout the project cycle. *Be able to handle customers queries/requirements completely. *Taking status updates from engineering teams and communicate to customer and for reporting purposes.
