Analyze, negotiate, monitor and review purchase orders to protect the profit interests of the company.
Review contractual agreements and resolve any problems that arise.
Work with the vendor to insure the product availability and to solve any pricing or other issues.
Contract creation.
Run Fax/ Error report to insure that all PO Faxes have been sent error free.
Placing purchase orders online through the system.

Skill Required:

Proven skill in usage of procurement related systems, such as SAP.
Sound technical and professional knowledge of procurement processes.
Excellent English communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems. Excellent problem solving skills required.
Solid research skills required.

This is a permanently Night Shift based position, timings are 8pm-5am
