|
To assist Manager HR in developing and deploying services, policies, systems, procedures and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resources function including administration. Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement an orientation program for new staff. * Disseminate all relevant information and records to the concerned entities (internal and external). * Develop, co-ordinate and implement annual objectives setting program and performance appraisal system for all employees. * Ensure employees awareness of management's concerns, requirements and complaints and vice versa. * Act as a liaison between employees and Human Resources to ensure that employees' needs are met. * May be assigned the responsibility of being the point person for a specific project. * Assist employees with general HR questions and maintain policies & procedures. * Maintain and up-date all records and database of employees including leave records on a daily basis and submit report to management at regular intervals. * Develop a reporting system that addresses the need of MIS. * Coordinate and administer employee events. * Record maintenance. Note: This is a night shift job & our timings are 9.00 pm to 6.00 am(Mon To Fri).
