Job Description:

The role of NOC engineer involves working as part of a team. NOC engineer must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail & can also work well under pressure.


* Monitoring enterprise level customer's networks and escalate issue to concerned engineers.
* Creating tickets against issues to keep track until issues get resolved.
* Manage, monitor and troubleshoot IP phones.
* Cooperate with team to resolve issues and to accomplish different assigned tasks.
* Report to team Lead about the issues, actions taken to resolve them and daily work activities.
 
Skills Required:
 
An ideal candidate must fulfill following requirements

* Excellent English communication.

* Must have at least 2 years of NOC Experience.

* Excellent Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting Skills.

* Must have good knowledge of technologies like Cloud Computing, Virtualization, VoIP, IP, Network etc.

* Cisco Certification will be preferred.

* Flexible to work in 24/7 environment.

* Excellent English Communication Skills.
