Job Purpose:
- Supports marketing and Research operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the marketing of the association’s projects. Via phone, email and mail.
Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge. - Assists in Developing of a marketing plan in conjunction with other departments, which details activities to follow during the project.
- To help manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
- Conducting market research.
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for Sales.
- Assembles member database by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing
information available. - Updates database by inputting data
- Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows,
demonstration and product capability booklets. - Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting
- Maintains marketing library.
- Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
