Job Description:

We require front desk officer. She will have to welcome and assist customers and clientele. Major responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
  • Ensures proper distribution and management of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Place, receive and route a high volume of calls.
  • Supply information to callers, relay messages and announce visitors.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

- Presentably and language skills
- Ability to take up roles and responsibilities on a pro-active basis.
- Proficiency in MS Office
