(1) To identify and analyze training needs of employees through annual appraisal / performance development of profiles / Other sources.
(2) Coordinate / Liaison with training consultancies / institutes for scheduling training programs.
(3) To prepare different analytical reports pertaining to training & development.
(4) To conduct research comparative analysis of training institutes / consultancies / educational projects of public sector etc. training programs as and when required.
(5) To assist in design and delivery of In-house training programs.
(6) To prepare and review relevant documents and maintain their records.
(7) To update & maintain training records in HRIS and other related applications.
(8) Follow up training feedback, evaluation & maintain their records.
