-Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facility's policies and procedures
-Staff training
-Answer quiries pertaining to parlor policies and services and resolve complaints

-Meeting with clients to schedule and plan details of conventions, receptions and other functions
-Keep your administrative up to date. Assign employee shifts in advisnce, regularly check supplies and order them well in advance
-Have a clear procedure of unexpected employee no-shows, promptly review time sheets and promptly take care of payroll and bills
-Ensure that the store is clean when it open and close. Keep cones. ice cream, napkins, spoons and toppings well-stocked and neat. Make sure scoops are convenient and clean
-Promptly handle sales personnel and make sure the availability of employees during the sudden or out notice of employees and should have a backup plan in order to avoid problems associated in the daily operations
Skills
-Must have a sound knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
-Must have the sound knowledge of Windows based applications, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Express
-Must have the knowledge of Point of Sale system
