Job Description:
Key duties of Marketing Executive / Manager:
  • Reviewing and monitoring current clients/brokers business and motivating them to increase revenue. Helping and guiding newly active long term brokers to increase volumes and customers through creative strategies and advice on activities.
  • Identifying prospective clients for exchange in terms of new business and /or Revenue streams.
  • Preparing Presentations for Broker Trainings and Broker Business Evaluation from various stand point.
  • Developing existing relationships and build new partnerships.
  • Communicating new product developments to existing and prospective clients.
  • Providing management with marketing feedback.
  • Establishing and maintaining work relationships with our existing clients.
  • Motivating Brokers.
  • Responsible for implementing a Strategic Business Development Plan by administering and maintain the on-line Contact/Sales Management tool and provide required reporting such as Daily Sales Activity, Monthly Quote Log and other reports on sales activity for client interaction.

Skill and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Financial Industry, Instrumentals and Processes.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with the brokers, current and prospective professional bodies and colleagues.
  • Competence and basic understanding of the Social Media.
  • Delivering and Designing Presentations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
