Job Description:
Core Responsibilities:  

Administration Tasks:

 ·          Maintain and manage PMD offices security ensuring 24x7x365 security cover
·          Surprise visits to PMD sites to monitor security guards to ensure office / equipment safety
·          Maintain and manage O&M of backup generators, fire detection / suppression systems and other office equipment in coordination with the relevant contractors
·          Manage admin activities relating to office repair & maintenance of both sites
·          Effective and efficient admin and logistic support for meetings & workshops
·          Manage and control usage of office car and maintain proper records for mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance.
·          Supervision of Security Guards, Peons, Driver & Cleaner 

Procurement Tasks:

·          Maintain and update list of vendors
·          Prepare requisitions and Request for quotations
·          Collect quotations and prepare comparative statements
·          Liaise with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of  requisite items
·          Handle invoice processing
·           Assist Manager Admin and Facility & Admin Coordinator in market surveys and local procurement 

Human Resource Tasks: 

·          Assist Manager Admin and Facility & Admin Coordinator in recruitment process
·          Assist in updating of employees personal files including leave and attendance record
·          Keep track of Staff Trainings and arrangement for boarding and lodging
·          Reports to Admin/Facilities Coordinator
 
Skills Required:
 
Experience/Qualifications

MBA preferably in HRM
2+ years Admin, HR & Procurement experience preferably in Telecom Industry
Proficient in operating MS Office suite
Strong communication skills in English written, oral and presentation
Interpersonal and multitasking skills
