|
Assistant Manager Technical- Assists with the Support and Maintenance of the Number Portability Clearinghouse (NPC)
- Assists with the Management of the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Process and the Business Development Support (BDS) Function
- Assists with the Development and maintenance of technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Databases, Storage and Systems
- Plans and Implements Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Processes/Procedures
- Coordinates with the Vendors-Support Providers for the timely resolutions of the problems
- Manages the periodic review of the MNP System Hardware and Software in coordination with the relevant Vendors for Performance Optimization
- Manages Backup / Restoration of Systems / Applications
- Monitors and coordinates the rectification of Technical Problems & Queries related to Systems and Applications for internal / external stakeholders
- Monitors and improves the Alarms & Alerts System for the efficient and timely identification / resolutions of problems
- Automates repetitive / periodic reporting / maintenance tasks
- Assists with the operational and developmental support of existing / new projects in coordination with the internal / external teams
Experience/Qualifications:- 4-Year Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
- 3-4 Years of relevant experience
- Hands-On Experience of operations & management of Real-Time Applications
- Experience of Oracle Database with Real Application Cluster and Dataguard
- Working knowledge of software development
- Good communication skills in English: written, oral and presentation
