· Maintain and Support Office IT Systems (Desktops & Laptops etc) · Maintain and Support Applications in a Microsoft Windows Environment- Intel Platform · Handle all Technical Support related functions including - Initial troubleshooting
- Liaising with Vendors / Service Providers for further rectification / resolution
· Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of: - Microsoft Windows 7, Vista, XP & 2003 Server
- Microsoft Office and other IT Applications
· Backup and Restoration with Norton Ghost or similar technology · Installation and Maintenance of Server based Antivirus Applications · LAN based Network Management - Wired / Wireless · Operations and Maintenance of the following: - Diesel Power Generators and AMF/ATS Panel
- IP-Cam / RFID based Security Systems
- Digital Video Recording System
· Assist in the Procurement of IT-related Technical Equipment - Preparation of Technical Specifications
