- House Keeping Supervision: Floor cleaning/wash rooms cleaning/Dusting/Right thing at Right place
- Security Supervision: Ensure through monitoring that company policies & procedures w.r.t.security and time office are being followed properly.
- Monitoring & maintenance of factory installations
- Company's Asset Management i.e ACs , Photocopier , Scanner , PCs , Fax Machine , Attendance device , Water Coolers etc
- Vendor / Contract Management
- Civil Works including Building Repair & Maintenance, Masonry work , Carpenter/Electrical/Plumbering work etc
- Water Tanker Supply(through supplier)
- Coordination with Government Offices/Private Organization as & when required
- Admin related procurement including Stationary, Janitorial & Kitchen items etc.
- Supervision of Scrape Sale
- Supervision of staff Emergency Medical Treatment to employees through SESSI registered Dispensaries & Hospitals Valica Hospital or Abbasi Shaheed Hospital And afterwards follow up as well.
- Handling Employees queries and responding as per company policies
