We are looking for a Business Analyst for Karachi,Pakistan .
Below are the skill sets required:
- Candidate should have worked as a personal banker/credit officer for 3-5 years.
- Candidate should have very good knowledge of loans (origination, disbursements and follow up procedures)
- Candidate should have a very good knowledge in Islamic Finance products.
- Candidate should have a good knowledge of different products of the banks ( mainly investments,deposits and their different features, treasury)
- Islamic banking knowledge and expertise is a must.
- Candidate should have strong analytical skills.
- Candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities :
Research and analyze the new market requirements, innovative developments in business subject and changes in regional financial policies. Based on this, coordinate with development team for product enhancement or new product development.
• Provide necessary inputs and information to other teams related to subject matter.
• Provide necessary inputs to the development department while developing new products based on current market trends and developments.
• Evaluating major product customization requirements to identify the scope of product functionality enhancement.
• Identify the market requirements from IT seminars and responses to the proposals.
• Identifying the trends in the Islamic banking industry via market research, attending conferences and workshops
• Intelligently using the information listed in RFP documents to identify the market requirements and trends.
• For new products developed in-house, coordinate with testing and finalization.
• Prepare and submit necessary inputs and reports to the management as and when required.
