We are looking for a Product Manager-Islamic Finance for Karachi,Pakistan.
Candidate should have below skill sets :
5-8 years of experience in Islamic Finance Products like Mudaraba , Musharaka , Murabaha .
Very good knowledge in Islamic law ( Sharia)
Banking experience (3-5 years)
Worked as a personal banker/credit officer
Very good knowledge in Loans (originations , disbursements and follow up procedures)
Very good knowledge in different products of the banks (mainly investments , deposits , their different features and treasury is a plus )
Islamic banking knowledge and expertise is must
The major job responsibilities would be :
ü Provide necessary inputs for functionality enhancement of products.
ü Evaluate product customizing requirement to find out the scope of product improvement.
ü Identifying the market requirements from IT seminars and responses to the proposals.
ü Identifying the trends in the Islamic banking industry by market research, attending conferences and workshops.
ü Analyze the scope for new products.
ü Provide necessary inputs to the development department for new product developments based on current market trends and developments.
ü Evaluate the feasibility of partnerships with other software venders for product enhancement.
ü Coordinate necessary discussions and meetings for finalizing the partnership deed with other feasible software venders.
ü Make sure that things are progressing as per the as per the partnership deed.
ü Provide necessary technical inputs for product marketing.
ü Provide advice and instructions to team members as and when required.
