Job Description:

Job Purpose:To manage the secretarial office of the CEO.

Job Description:- Drafting of Letter, Memos and dispatches and keep their record.

- Filling record of correspondence & routine affairs

- Overseas/Domestic traveling & Hotel Reservations

- Dealing with Government/Embassies Visa Departments for international travel and ensuring timely visa authorizations

- To welcome & arrange meetings of local and foreign delegations with management

- Keeping record of Minutes of Meetings.

- Any other task assigned by the CEO

 
Skills Required:
 
- Excellent communication skills

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Urdu

- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

- Ability to use internet for hotel reservations and visa processing
