Staff Mentoring - Candidate will be performance manager for 4 to 5 people Desired Candidate ProfileThe Individual: Minimum qualifications: - A recognized degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or related disciplines - A professional qualification e.g. ICAEW, ACCA, CPA and / or Masters - CIA and / or CISA qualifications an advantage Experience: - 9 - 12 years work experience gained in a large audit and /or consulting firm, or a leading commercial organization of which a majority should be in internal audit with at least 3-4 years in managerial position. Industry sector experience requirements: - Investment banking, insurance - Islamic banking knowledge an added advantage - Multi-country experience an advantage - Delivery of training programmes (external) - Delivery of speaking engagements (seminars / conferences) an added advantage
Language requirements: - Ability to write reports independently with the highest standard of English. - Good spoken English
Experience : 9-12 yrs post qualification (Preferably Big 4)
