RESPONSIBILITIES: - Achievement of Sales targets for their area
- Achievement of Collection targets for their area.
- Effective management of DSF.
- Ensuring satisfaction of their respective customers (retailers / distributors).
- Effective implementation of all sales promotion activities.
- Facilitating RSMs in collection of Market Intelligence data.
- Reporting of Stocks, Primary and Secondary sales for their respective customers.
- Monitoring secondary sales data per outlet at distributor end.
- Effective monitoring and implementation of agreed van route plans.
- Implementation of the agreed retail visit plans.
- Handling of day to day customer issues (retailers/distributors).
- Any other special assignment
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferable in lighting or consumer goods
- Should be a young, energetic and enthusiastic individual
- Should possess great interpersonal skills
- Should be confident and great at public dealing
