Phoenix is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and meticulous individual to assist with the testing and quality control of its award winning product "Shadow-Planner".
The Quality Assurance Engineer must possess strong manual & automation testing skills mainly and have professional experience enterprise level complex software projects/products. They must have good understanding of SDLC and TCL.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, proven leadership skills, agile software development experience, deep understanding of formal QA methodology/processes and experience with high-transaction, real-time production platforms.
The role will involve, but is not limited to the following:
- To be actively involved with the requirement review and static testing.
- Identify test scenarios and test cases.
- prepare test data and perform testing.
- Plan automation testing, and prepare test scripts for automation testing.
- Ensure, testing is to schedule and in line with the processes.
- Adopt, develop and maintain working practices to ensure quality control is efficient and documented.
- Use, create and understand technical documentation.
- Liaise with the development when required to ensure effective communication.
- Attend training sessions when required.
- Support the Team members and Quality Assurance Manager.
- Professional experience on selenium testing tool.
Skills
- Good understanding of Testing Life Cycle.
- Good understanding of software development model, especially agile model.
