Job Description:

Pinnacle requires female customer support executives for its inbound operations. Handling customers via inbound calls, live chats and email correspondence are the major tasks. Needs to perform business requirements and trend analysis for client satisfaction and profitability. Job includes pure customer service operations for our international clients.
