|
For administration and procurement related to Power Generation Projects, we are currently looking for Admin & Procurement Officers. - Development, adjustment and implementation of procurement plans according to public sector procurement procedures.
- Ensure transparent procurement processes complying with WAPDA procurement guidelines.
- Manage timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to be procured.
- Maintain complete and systematic record of relevant procurement documentation including, invoices, bills, requisitions, etc.
- Maintain good working relationship with suppliers and vendors for getting competitive quotes
- Provide assistance and necessary support for office operations, which include traveling and general filing system.
- Liaise with public sector clients and project partners to efficiently handling administrative issues related to projects.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
- Perform other related duties (within and outside office) as required.
