Job Description:

For administration and procurement related to Power Generation Projects, we are currently looking for Admin & Procurement Officers.

  • Development, adjustment and implementation of procurement plans according to public sector procurement procedures.
  • Ensure transparent procurement processes complying with WAPDA procurement guidelines.
  • Manage timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to be procured.
  • Maintain complete and systematic record of relevant procurement documentation including, invoices, bills, requisitions, etc.
  • Maintain good working relationship with suppliers and vendors for getting competitive quotes
  • Provide assistance and necessary support for office operations, which include traveling and general filing system.
  • Liaise with public sector clients and project partners to efficiently handling administrative issues related to projects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other related duties (within and outside office) as required.
 
Skills Required:
 
- Experience working with procurements related to public sector projects, especially Power Generation
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
- Ability to develop good PR with public sector agencies and relevant stakeholders
- Strong command in administrative and routine office work
