Job Description:
Purpose:
  • The Administration Officer is responsible to support the smooth functioning and operation of the Program Unit.
  • She/he ensures effective and accurate resources management, in accordance with Plans rules guidelines and regulations.
  • He/she will ensure that the childrens rights and welfare come first.

What does the job holder plan?
  • Plans for the smooth functioning of the Program Unit
  • Plans for sharing lessons learnt and best practices in Program Unit administration.

What are the outputs and deliverables?
  • Ensure a transparent and complete procurement process according to Plan Policy.
  • Participate in bid evaluation.
  • Manage equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure and monitor cost effective vehicle use.
  • Practical arrangements of workshops and other events.
  • Maintain an update of Program Unit inventories.
  • Maintain leave record of all Program Unit staff
  • Shall be the security focal person responsible for providing support for all security related matters
