1. Strong JAVA/J2EE skills.
2. Proven Experience in Java, J2EE, specifically with frameworks like JSF, 3. Spring, Struts/Tiles, Hibernate/IBatis, JUnit, AJAX, richfaces, application servers like Tomcat/Glassfish etc
4. Experience in designing large performance critical multi-threaded applications.
5. Must have a good command of writing and optimizing SQL queries.
6. Strong OOP concepts required.
7. Must be a very Quick learner.
8. Knowledge of current technological developments/trends
9. Knowledge of programming procedures and standards
10. Highly self-motivated individual
11. Deliver high-quality work while following project time-lines.
12. Ability to coordinate effectively with other developers.
