The Senior Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director. He/she will manage a team of Sales Specialists at Platinum Communications for our newly launched USA division. He/she will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and delivering required targets, working cross functionally with other departments and prioritizing team work load. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sales driven call centre, specifically in a sales leadership role.
