• Assists Manager Admin in carrying out all administrative activities and keep him informed of all matters related to administration.
  • To  prepare and check mobile phone bills on monthly bases
  • To prepare admin related forms and policies and keep updating them with the passage of time.
  • To Prepare Work orders for company vehicles and keep record month wise and yearly.      
  • To prepare and check vehicle maintenance bills on monthly bases and verify by the manager.
  • To check the Vehicle trackers are properly working
  • To encode all office equipment’s like chair, tables; sofas etc. and keep record of holding employees.
  • To generate demands for renovation of the office building and assets.
  • After every 15days building inspection on proper report format and submitted by the manager. Physically observation of renovation/maintenance issues.
  • Getting Quotations for purchase of new assets and presenting to manager for final decision.
  • Managing the employee welfare activities for head office and events like lunch etc. and finalizing the lunch bill.
  • Dealing with labor department, EOBI, PESSI, PTCL, WAPDA etc.
  • Prepare comparison sheet of admin expenses like vehicles maintenance, fuel, out station expenses, lunch expenses etc. on monthly bases.
  • Dealing with Environmental consultants for generating reports
  • Rent payments Of Company Outlets as per schedule. (In-station & Out-station)
  • Inform Chief Executive Officer/ MHR & Admin in case of any accident/incident, any mishaps forthwith. Prepare and submit occurrence report and arrange recovery/rectification.
  • Ensure that staff must be present in the office before 9.15am and also ensure that cleaning is completed before 9.00am
  • Ensure that no other vehicle, except of the Head Office or specifically permitted by Chief Executive Officer/ MHR & Admin, is parked in the premises of office compound.
  • Recheck the complete record about change of lubricants, filters, flushing, replacements, servicing, repairs and maintenances in Vehicle Log Books regularly in respect of all vehicles.
  • Personally supervise the repair/maintenance of the vehicles in the workshops and ensure the quality and efficient maintenance
  • Make all dedicated efforts to control the expenditure on admin purchases, repair and maintenance and ensure economy in use of POL and vehicle by the drivers.
  • Issue new uniforms and accessories to Office Boys of the Head Office, once required.
  • Print out utility bills of outlets before due date
  • Maintain First Aid box.
  • Co-ordinate with the transporters in terms of rates and maintain their files.
  • Performs any other task assigned by Chief Executive Officer/MHR & Admin
