Prepare new policies regarding HR for the organization and keep updating from time to time
Read, understand and interpret documents such as policies, procedures and manuals. Ensure implementation of all HR Policies approved by the CEO. Report any violation of these to Manager HR
Provide advice, assistance, guidance and follow-up with information about existing HR salaries, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits and compensations, in carrying out HR practices.
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
Prepare minute sheets, and other HR related documents, warnings/explanations/notices.
Assist MHR in follow up of the cases sent to internal departments.
Advertise vacant positions on the net or the newspaper. Regularly maintain/monitor/update the CVs record/data bank of all candidates applying against any vacancy
Call the candidates and inform them about the interview schedule and other necessary details.
Prepare documents for the interview/selection board
Conduct Interviews and evaluate candidates
Keep data confidential and non-accessible to unauthorized individuals
Give appointment letters to new employees and also maintain record
Maintain updated original files of all Officers and Staff employees that includes updated employment contract, copies of new CNIC, Educational certificates, Experience letters, Photographs and bio data form etc.
Maintain the other files of Resume, Educational loan etc.
Conduct Exit interviews
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
Prepare documents for promotion boards of all Officers/Staff as per the promotion criterion and vacancies available as per the existing policies and procedures
Carrying out performance appraisal of all employees on Semi/annual basis each year as per the current policies and procedures
Planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
Conduct orientation of the newly hired employees as per the orientation plan. Assist Manager HR in training newly hired officers/staff.
Assist Manager HR to Monitor on disciplinary matters in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Prepare drafts/opinions/ of all disciplinary and legal actions in all the regions in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
Process and verify Medical Claims of employees according to the medical policy and also maintain the record in hard and soft copy
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedure
