- Prepare salary and Commission for head office, retail outlets
- Responsible for updating leave record of head office
- Preparing annual bonus
- Reconciling loan balances with accounts department before salary payment.
- Updating attendance record and transfer retrieved data from machine into software on daily bases.
- Checking and maintaining manual in & out register and attendance register on daily basis.
- Timely enter the details of new and old employee’s in designated software
- Responsible for maintaining and entry of EOBI and PESSI contribution in files.
- Prepare and maintain full and final settlements for termination and resigning employees with the coordination with HR Officer
- Keep data confidential and non-accessible to unauthorized individuals.
- Generate PO’s , GRN , STO, STI of Store related items and keep the record updated in software
- Timely enter the issuance of store items in software
- Timely enter the Assets details in system given to employee like car, bike, mobile, sim etc.
- Perform any other task assigned by Manager HR and CEO
