Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems, designing and running system load/stress testing and escalating application problems to vendor. Maintains and troubleshoots all backups utilizing Backup Exec. Also Assist local office with network questions and troubleshooting. May need to work with Microsoft on troubleshooting issues. Ability to learn quick and work in a variety of tasks a must.
