Assistant / Accounts Manager

The candidate should be at least Part Qualified CA with articles completed from top 5 professional firms. The candidate must have knowledge of IFRS and taxation laws and be proficient in advanced level MS EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT and analytical skills. The candidate must possess positive attitude, hard working, dedicated and pleasant personality. Candidates from Construction / Real Estate sector will be given preference.

Ø Checking of day to day transactions / data entry;

Ø Checking of Bank Reconciliation Statements;

Ø Preparation of Financial Statements;

Ø Coordinate with external auditors;

Ø Preparation of management accounts;

Ø Preparation of Head Office Reports;

Ø Prepare company’s income tax return in coordination with tax consultant;

Ø Monitoring of Inventory transactions;

Ø Liaison with tax consultants etc.

Ø Preparation of salaries and employee taxation;

Ø Maintain Fixed Assets Record;

Ø Checking of employees’ medical claims;

Ø Preparation of monthly and annual tax reports;

Ø Assist in staff appraisals;

Ø Checking of customers’ transfer cases, special payment plans;

Ø Liaison with inter group companies for reconciliations;
