Job Description
Responsibilities:- Learn and understand functionality of Primatics proprietary EVOLV loan accounting software.
- Learn and understand relevant accounting policies and pronouncements that impact accounting operations and processes.
- Analyze the impacts of ongoing software enhancements and changes as they pertain to accounting operations.
- Concisely summarize and clearly articulate issues/conclusions.
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to increase team efficiency
- Generate ad-hoc reports on transactional and EVOLV data from the data systems.
- Supervise and manage a team of Analysts in the monthly processing of their work
Minimum Professional and Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of technology and systems that support accounting procedures.
- Working experience in banking operations, business intelligence, loan accounting, or systems implementation.
- Experience with documenting and developing functional business requirements for front, middle and back-office operations.
- Knowledge of financial/business management.
- Experience in working with remote office and multi-national experience.
- Team management.
- CPA, CA or CFA certified and/or MBA Accounting of Finance preferred,
Minimum Education, Certification, Training:
- ACCA, Masters Degree in Accounting and / or Finance.
- 7+ years of relevant accounting experience strong command of Accounting Standards relating to Loan Accounting.
