Job Description:
--Responsible for preparation of annual preventive maintenance schedule related to electrical maintenance.--Lead the team and ensure QAPs and DPs pertaining to the Electrical Maintenance Dept. for effective QMS & HSE implementation.--Ensure that the team receives and disposes work orders from departments, and allocates jobs to supervisors / electrician / wiremen etc accordingly. --Guardian of all activities related to the Oracle eAM module.--Ensures that proper Implementation & follow-up regarding periodic and preventive electrical maintenance schedule and safety precautions.--Responsible for developing the electrical maintenance team and ensuring that respective Electrical staff is properly trained in fire fighting and evacuation procedures.--Ensures that his team is aware of shutting off respective LT panels and other electrical connections at the time of emergency evacuation.--Responsible for ensuring effective operation of Fire Hydrant Pump, Generators, Compressor & other utility installations electrically.--Guardian of all reporting incidents/ accidents/ non-conformances and taking corrective and preventive action against any nonconformity.--Maintain Inventory of spares related to plant and Machinery.--Ensures proper � RIAP � training in conducted of his department.--Guardian of 7-S activity for his department.--Motivate/ assist team to take part in KAIZEN activity.--A market competitive salary package would be offered depending on the candidature.[Note: Please provide complete compensation details with resume.]
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
-Prior experience of successfully running an Electrical Maintenance Department for a large size manufacturing concern.

-Sound Technical understanding of PLC based systems; their programming & trouble shooting techniques would be an added advantage.
