Multiple Positions Across PakistanJob Purpose:
The incumbent would be responsible for ensuring smooth flow of operations for the Sales Branch and handle the dealers falling in the allocated region. The ideal Candidate would be someone with a Masters degree and around 5-7 years of hands on experience of Sales Management preferably in a large sized consumer goods distribution setup.
- Ensure branch collection and sales targets for all products
- Visit Dealers with ASM to meet monthly targets and collections
- Track ASM performance on Daily Dealers activation through Sales Performance Dashboards and guide them in meeting targets
- Study Performance Dashboard and visit dealers with specific objectives
- Ensure all ASMs should have sufficient Product knowledge, sales and communication skills.
- Develop dealer-wise SKU targets and set strategy to meet them.
- Ensure motivation, commitment and Happiness at ASM level.
- Take regular feedback on competitors' activities and send it to central desk in consultation with RSM on monthly basis
- Device strategy to reward dealers on small achievements
- Maintain relationship with dealers to ensure Dealers' satisfaction.
- Study Branch and ASM Dashboards to identify RED areas and plan strategy for improvement
- Meet own KPIs and ensure KPI and benchmark- plus incentive achievement at ASM level.
- Implement culture of taking responsibility and solving problems instead of just doing one’s job.
- Educate people on company's Vision, Mission and Values.
