- Responsible for the Manufacturing activities under the supervision of APM

- Achieving production targets and enhancing productivity.

- Responsible for the Quantity and Quality of the output during different stages of production.

- Supervising and motivating the under command team members.

- Efficient & timely handling of problems related to (Production, Store, logistics, Maintenance, Quality Control, House keeping & administration.)

- Reporting of production to Assistant Production Manager.

- Proper stock checking in Department.

- Proper Documentation for departmental records (Production, Maintenance, QMS and Audit records etc.).

- Ensuring Machine Clean up on regular basis.

- Monitoring and Controlling process parameters.

- To follow code of conduct while on duty and preach the same to others.

- To have effective coordination with the AMs for smooth/efficient work-flow

- Maintaining proactive coordination with HOD, Manager, Shift Supervisor & labor to install best practices on floor & to effectively gauge and ensure timely reporting of unplanned occurrences.

- To provide immediate feedback to your immediate supervisor, HOD or management in case of any abnormality.

- Staff training in the respective department.

- Managing labor & safety issues at floor level.

- Ensure implementations of Quality & Environmental Systems, GMP, and FMCG standard in company.

- Reduced the break down of plants and machine, which affected the production.

- Reduce the scrap generation of plants and develop new technique / method for recycling / utilization of scrap
