You will be assigned a portfolio of company and will work in a dedicated team comprised of account management and social media marketing professionals, under the management of a COO who has overall team management responsibility. Your job duties include: - Ideation and collaboration with your internal team, to develop a range of creative,consumer facing social media marketing campaigns
- Strategy- Devise social Media strategies for company-wide social media branding and product specific campaigns which drive awareness, engagement, sales and loyalty of the target consumer audience
- Marketing Planning- Create an integrated social media marketing campaign and specific tactics working closely with your internal team as well as support from our Research & Analytics department.
- Execution- Provide hands on execution of social media campaigns including blogger& influencer outreach, creation and implementation of custom promotions/contents, create and enhance a social media properties (ie Facebook, Twitter etc.), manage social media properties, conversational monitoring, viral video/content distribution throughout social media sites, etc.
- Quality Assurance /Project Management- Monitor and validate the program's marketing quality and effectiveness as well as mentor junior staff. Track results against a range of campaign goals/metrics. Proactively suggest ways to improve the program's effectiveness and efficient management of billable hours.
- Industry Expertise- lavage your past work experience in one or more industries with benchmarking and research of competitive landscape and the latest social media marketing techniques.

We seek an experience social media marketing professional with proven experience that can jump right in and provide creative and technical marketing expertise. We seek passionate, self-starters, who thrive on not just creating something cool or innovative, but know how best to use social media to drive tangible value for our business.
Marketing Work Experience 3-5 years of work experience, preferably at marketing agency in such fields as social media marketing, public relations (PR), advertising, digital media / new media or an interactive agency. Candidate may also have online, social and/or consumer marketing experience within a Company.
Social Media Expertise 3-5+ years of hands-on social media marketing and community management using social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace etc.), knowledge of niche social media / blogger sites, popular message boards/forums, social news/bookmarking outlets (Digg, Delicious, Stumble Upon), video portals (YouTube), knowledge place communities (Mahalo, Yahoo! Answers, eHow), and mobile applications that extend the social media experience (iPhone, Blackberry, Android etc.).
Creativity Ability to develop creative social media strategies and execute new and compelling marketing tactics that resonate with the target audience to achieve our clients campaign goals.
Online Media Knowledge & Communication Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience communicating with influential and active niche bloggers and community members including the ability to moderate, guide and stimulate conversations.
Organization Must be able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and efficiently.
Computer Savvy Extremely savvy with the web and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook). Proficient with Photoshop and web technology is helpful.
Positive Attitude Must be able to approach each marketing campaign with a positive outlook and rally a team to be excited about campaign initiatives.
Education BBA or MBA degree in Business/Marketing, Communications or related is help
