Job Description:

  • 24×7 Application Monitoring

  • Incident Logging and Recording and tracking till closure

  • Maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management

  • Business Matrix development for Production Services

  • Ensuring successful delivery of production services

  • Schedule Maintenance notification

  • Problem Management and work proactively in case of any emergency situation and engage required resources for rectification

  • Monitoring and Tracking of Production Issues

  • Problem Management and root cause analysis
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
Have experience in the testing/development of project or products. Gone through the project life cycle and having experience of writing or executing testing scenario or development and unit testing of the application.
Working on online application will be a added advantage.
QA or Development track.
SQL, Database management tool
Strong analytical skills
Test Scenario definition and execution
Debugging of application
