• He will be responsible for independently look after Warehousing function of his respective branch.

Job Description:

• Planning, supervising and administering the work of subordinates & loaders.
• Maintain stock as per FEFO and also responsible to maintain traceability at all times.
• Ensure the safe custody of company’s property i.e. stocks, machine etc.
• Responsible for availability of the required replacement of manpower in consultation with the departmental head.
• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
• To develop better communication and understanding with other departments as well.
• Keeping stock control system up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and their timely report to HOD.
• Timely brief and update seniors on issues which may cause any problem.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the staff and stock
• Responsible for daily closing and opening of warehouses at stipulated times and ensure smooth operation.
• In routine cycle take physical stock of warehouse to ensure updated position. Check all relevant documents to ensure proper stock taking.
