Job Description:

- Review & update existing policies, procedures manual & employee handbook

- Conduct job analysis, post job advertisements, coordinate with online job portals, manage resume database

- Prepare and maintain personnel files

- Conduct new employee orientation

- Prepare department’s budget, analyze turnover and retention costs, and prepare & analyze statistical monthly severance reports

- Manage & coordinate probationary & annual evaluations

- Lead the In-house training programs

- Coordinate with Microsoft for Certified Trainings

- Plan for quarterly events & coordinate with Administration in order to achieve desired objectives through events

- Manage Rewards (healthcare/life insurance, EOBI, provident fund, bonus, and merit increments)

- Process B1, H1 and L1 visas for trainings and transfers to the head office in USA

- Maintain and Manage HRIS

 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
1. Qualification Masters degree in Human Resources Management

2. Experience 6 months - 2 years of HR experience

3. IT Skills Must be proficient in Ms. Excel. Knowledge of Ms. Access would be a plus

4. Other Skills Should have excellent command over English Written and Verbal Communication
