Job Description:
  • AR follow-up experience with MCR, MCD, Commercials, WC & NF Insurances.
  • Must have very good knowledge of medical billing and able to work for different medical specialties.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Must be able to work around US business hours (Job timings: 6 pm to 3 am).
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
Excellent computer and internet skills especially Microsoft Office and Email/Outlook.

Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized.

Excellent communication (oral and written), Fluent in spoken English preferably North American accent, excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.

Able to provide proactive/responsive support and present timely activity reports to management.
