| Job Description: |
|
- Analyze the behavior and trends of existing services
- Perform service user segmentation & analytics to support cross marketing activities.
- Monitor and track service performance and disseminate relevant analytical information; to product teams, internal stakeholders - for product marketing, and other external clients.
- Analyze effect of marketing initiatives.
- Gather and interpret business needs into analytics/reporting requirements for incorporation in new services
- Development of holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources.
- Contribute and coordinate with IT in feature enhancements of Decision Support Systems.
- Assist in identification of KPIs for Senior Management reporting.
- Contribute in identification of KPIs for improvement of data quality.
- Assist in data analysis, writing and presentation, of findings for any special assignment
- Conduct internal and external research when required.
- Assist in training of new staffs on research tools and software as well as on the job training.
