Job Description:
GreenTech International Ltd. UK requires an Online Marketing Expert. The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of experience working at a Managerial position with at least 2 years of experience in managing internet marketing campaigns for UK based e commerce websites. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following: - Develop internet marketing plans based on the strategic goals with short-term and long-term objectives- Plan and manage all online marketing and promotional activities including but not limited to SEO/SEM, PPC, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing, Google Merchant Center, branding, web design, banner making, promotional campaigns and viral marketing.- Responsible to take charge of a company's internet approach to sales and product presentation.- Coordinate with web developers to design the website to give the appropriate atmosphere for the company's products, writes descriptions for products on the site, determines online sales considerations such as discounts and shipping costs, handles online promotion in the form of advertisements, viral marketing campaigns, maintains, monitors, and updates the site, and handles cataloging and paperwork related to online marketing.- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products - Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information - Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products - Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects - Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results - Analyze customer base and identify revenue generating opportunities - Analyze online marketing and site personalization efforts to understand overall return on investment - Recommend new strategies and online marketing programs to drive enhanced revenue from existing customer base - Develop reporting and metrics to understand overall customer retention/repeat behavior across key segments - Validate proper execution of all online marketing campaigns across multi-channel environment (e.g. website, email, SEO) - Analyze third party data sources and recommend strategies to improve overall acquisition, retention, and conversion activities. - Monitor the competitive landscape, testing new approaches and adopting best-practice strategies.
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
- At least 2 years of experience in managing UK based eCommerce websites

- Familiar with the UK economic, cultural and market conditions

- An expert in using Google Analytics, AdWords, Pommo, different payment systems like SagePay, PayPal and Google Checkout, social networking platforms like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

- Ins and outs of online marketing including what works on the internet in the UK

-Thorough understanding of business framework the way company needs to operate to accomplish its strategic goals

- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Proven ability to oversee all marketing, development, design and sales staff and activities

- Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies

- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
