Job Description:

This is a pure Inbound Customer Service job. It is a very stable and secure job. No telemarketing or Sales targets to meet. We are looking for applicants who can speak fluent English with American Accent and have completed their education. Selected candidates will be required to help clients based in United States. MA in English Literature are encouraged to apply.
