A seasoned self made and hardcore manufacturing professional with complete internal exposure to the production of complete range of detergent products from the feasibility to finished goods enriched with an extensive experience with multinational organization and/or top detergent brands in Pakistan.

Essential Job Functions include:

• Plan and propose detergent manufacturing.
• Arrange production facility for detergent production, implement best practices and manage plant erection.
• Responsible for the availability, management of raw materials and implement latest developments as required.
• Hiring the staff for the project as under the recommendation, able to understand HR needs and handle HR functions.
• Oversee the day to day facility operations.
• Costing of various grades of detergents.
• Addressing formulation concerns of detergent products.
• Responsible for smooth manufacturing operations.
• Can knob mechanical personnel and understand basic mechanical operations of the plant.
• Coordinate with and able to understand laboratory practices.
• Accountable for quality of products and services, and operational performance as it pertains to on time delivery, cost control, customer service, inventory management.
