Skills and Competencies: Masters degree in social sciences with 5 years of experience of development sector. Prior knowledge and experience of working on issues of social change, particularly on WASH, Health& Education. Plan, schedule & track project timelines/mile stones using the appropriate tools. Able to prepare the progress reports & presentations. Good command of English, Urdu and local languages. Ability to meet deadlines, work under stress, and respond positively to challenges. Strong community mobilization skills.Basic knowledge of computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet etc) Ready to travel among the project districts. |
