· Maintenance of job evaluation, re-grading and establishing job family standards
· Conduct Job Analysis and write job descriptions and supervise the maintenance of job descriptions for every department.
· Design and Proposed reward and recognition program.
· Assist in designing operating models and organization structure strategies.
· Coordinate Defining the functional roles and structures.
· Developing job profiles.
· Carry-out comparison study of positions, internally and externally, and provide recommendations for grade level changes, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
· Conduct research work and assist in development of competency frameworks.
· Gather feedback and lessons learned from all employees and recommend enhancements/corrective actions to the talent performance management system/competency model.
· Coordinate to Develop, implement, and monitor and update employees career development plans and retention plans.
· Preparing necessary reports for HR Planning & Performance.
· Conduct environmental surveys and present analysis.
· Conduct exit interviews and present monthly analysis report following exit interviews.
Conduct research and design Competency Framework.
